Pam was amazing. First, its important to understand how we got here. I made a list of the aEURoemust havesaEUR? and aEURoenice to haveaEUR? features that I wanted. I sent this in advance to the first agent I tried so we didnt waste each others time. The agent took me to three places none of which had the aEURoemustsaEUR? on my list. I found Pam and based on her reviews decided to give her a try. Sent the same list in advance. First house she showed me was perfect. All of the mosts and a lot of the nice features I wanted. We looked at a few others and I ended up purchasing the first one she showed me. This was my 12th real estate transaction and while its always a challenge working with a builder on new construction, it would have been a total nightmare without Pam. She was involved every step of the way and the most proactive person involved in the process. The most professional, detail-oriented, knowledgeable agent I have ever worked with. I usually dont write reviews but it would have been an injustice to not highlight Pams expertise.
